Mobile Health Metrics
Mobile Health Monitor is designed to showcase the data visualization and metrics associated with the Quality of Care (QoC) metrics in real-time for a given MTF. It is designed to provide real-time access to the latest metrics as well as a high-level overview for a specific measure. In addition, users can drill down and retrieve detailed information on underlying measures. The application is designed to support site visits with the capability to take and share notes within the app. Additionally, users are able to share graphs and dashboards through the app.

SMART on FHIR Patient View
The SMART on FHIR Mobile APP is designed to showcase the SMART UI approach on mobile devices while adhering to the FHIR standards. The implementation leverages the SpinSys–Diné FHIR server implementation. The application is designed to showcase the ability to search for a given patient and drill down on the data to provide an overview of the patient timeline which includes demographics, medications, labs, conditions, and history.
